A fellow blogger that I follow in the UK is celebrating her 1st “blogiversary”. It has been enjoyable to follow her along as she made it through nail tech school and chronicled all the necessities of opening a salon.
I love the people that I have met on line and made friends with! It is truly an amazing world (of nail technology) that we all share.

There is a saying that “it’s a small world.” Well this was proven last week while I was attending Cosmoprof North America.
I ran into some lovely gals that I follow socially! This fun pic is on the red carpet at “Sips & Tips” event held for bloggers. Hosted by Katie Cazorla from The Painted Nail, and Nail It/Nail Pro Magazine!
As you know, I recently held a raffle for a complete Hawaii Collection by OPI. I ran the raffle for one month using RaffleCopter (so easy btw) and got such a great response.
I sent off the winnings to the auto generated contestant and was so nicely surprised when I received a little nail mail myself!
surprise nail mail!
Inside was a pretty card from Jacqui’s home state
State University of New York-New Platz
And better yet was this lovely Thank You note.

Here is a pic of the fun looking water decals she sent me!
sheet music decals by Moon Sugar Decals!!!!
Thank you so much Jacqui. I have to say that this is the kind of thing that I am experiencing more and more in the nail world. People just really seem to want to empower each other and share the love of nails and Nail Art!
